Need to verify a residency?
Verification of residency requests are completed through our on-line system using a third-party verification company. This is done to ensure we remain compliant with all the information release laws.
The first step is for the landlord requesting the verification to submit a request through our system and upload authorization documentation. The resident will receive an email and will need to authorize the verification and pay the $4.99 fee. Usually, about 1-3 workdays after the tenant gives authorization and pays the fee, the landlord will get an email with the verification information.
